More Love!!!

Image
Action speak louder than words always... God didn't just tell us He loved us -- He showed us... Love is an action word. I truly am thankful to my father in law and mother in law for their presence at the Elevation Ceremony on 10/20/2007. They are always so supportive of everything Justin and me do. They are truly a blessing to us. It is a blessing to have people in your life that is willing to do whatever they can for you. We are blessed!!! I am thankful for my friend of 12 years in the black and brown. She was there to show some love and support as well. Thank you, Marsha. You have helped to make that day -- one I will not forget. It was a very special and extremely memorable day. Thanks to everyone who was there... You should be getting something from me in the mail soon if you did not already received it. Love you all with the love of God.

The following quotes came directly from this handsome man of God. Doesn't he look good!!! Yep that is my terrific husband and the love of my life. God is using Him to do awesome things in His Kingdom... "God speaks to one to deliver many, He never speaks to many to deliver one." "Oppression cannot continue unless ignorance is maintained."

My wonderful husband gave these roses to me and I am so thankful for them. I love to take pictures of roses as well. They are so beautiful. Not only did my husband get me roses but they are pink and pink is one of my favorite colors. I love pink because it is a cheerful (happy) color and I am a cheerful person. Thank you Lord for blessing me with such a sweet husband and thank you Lord for creating roses.

True Biblical Prosperity

I just wanted to share this article that was written by my husband Pastor Justin Cohen and printed in the Philadelphia Daily News.   Printed in the Philadelphia Daily News 2003     Beloved, I pray that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers." III John 2 (NKJV).     An often quoted scripture, but often improperly. The "Prosperity Gospel" as it is sometimes referred to, has used this one scripture out of context and used it as a pretext to teach an unbalanced view of the Kingdom of God and created an entire faction within Christianity that is focused on money and selfishness.     The Bible warns us that there will be those who are "…men of corrupt minds destitute of the truth who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself." I Timothy 6:5 (NKJV)     So what is true Biblical prosperity?     The answer to that question lies in the correct understanding of the word "prosperity" and the correct explanation

Yes It Is!!!

Did you know that your obedience is directly connected to your love!!! Just think about... The deeper our love is for an individual the more we want to and the more we yield ourselves over into doing the things that pleases that individual. Children are notorious for this. They will often do anything to please the adults in their lives especially their parents because they have such a pure, unconditional love for them. How about when you first start falling in love with that special someone --- weren't you willing to do just about anything for that person because you loved them so much. Well you may be wondering where I am going with this ... Ok, here it is! We ought to love God so much that it's not a problem or issue when it comes to obeying Him. We know that everything that God has ever wanted us to do is always for our own good -- never for "bad". God is a good, Father. He will never lead us astray. He made us, He will never tell us to do something that will cause
